PAYMENT OPTIONS

Purchases may be made using:

  • VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER CARD on our secured shopping site.
  • PERSONAL CHECK - will ship when the check clears.
  • MONEY ORDER - will ship when the money order is received

New York residents add 7.75% sales tax.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All taxidermy pieces are unique. Some can be categorized by either size or mount configuration but no two animals are going to be the exact same. We encourage custom orders. If you have an idea for a mount or other item, please contact us via email. We can do almost anything and will be glad to discuss and quote you for the work.

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERS

We try to keep the website up to date for out of stocks. When we are really busy we may get behind and you may order a item that is out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail if this happens.

BACKORDER STATEMENT:

We carry a large inventory of taxidermy items however due to the unique nature of taxidermy items we occasionally have to order or custom make an item. If this is the case, you may be required to wait a period of up to three months before your item ships. Please email us before ordering online if you are concerned about the availability. Just refer to a part number and we will tell you if it will be backordered and how long it will take to receive.

SECURITY AND PERSONAL DETAILS

At Adirondack Reflections we take your privacy extremely seriously. To protect your information we use a secure server and industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in order to make sure that third parties do not have any access whatsoever to your information. We truly believe that shopping via the internet is safe and are confident in the steps we have taken to prevent failure.

Please rest assure that your information will not be distributed to any third parties. We will not reveal any of your information to anyone and you will most certainly not be inundated with spam related from us.

RETURN POLICY

There may be an occasion when you receive an item that you wish to return. Please be aware that returns are costly to our company. It is because of this expense that we must charge a 15% restocking fee. Only returned items authorized by us will be accepted. Returned items must be accompanied by the original paperwork and will not be accepted unless received in resalable condition within 10 days of shipment. Credit or refund will be applied to an authorized returned item minus any shipping and handling charges plus a 15% restock fee.

SHIPPING STATEMENT

At Adirondack Reflections we will process your orders as quickly as possible, Orders should be received within 3-7 days of shipping date. Shipping and handling charges are to be determined at the time your item ships. We make every attempt to find the least expensive way to ship. Larger items are crated and therefore a separate charge will be added to your shipping balance.

We will notify you by e-mail if an item is not available for shipping and you will not be charged until your item has been shipped.

Note: We cannot ship mounted fish or wildlife outside the continental United States.

When shipping to more than one address you will need to place separate orders.

Use the following procedure for returns;

 

  1. To return item(s), contact Adirondack Reflections for an approval. Once approved, please make a copy of the gift receipt that was included with your original package - on this receipt write your reason for return and anything you wish to let us know. Send the item and the receipt copy to us at the address on the bottom of this page

     

  2. Please indicate whether you prefer an exchange or credit, If exchanging let us know what you would like by writing the name, color, size and quantity.

     

  3. If shipping address will be different that original address please include new one.

     

  4. Place receipt and item(s) into secure packing carton. We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s. Send returns/exchanges to: Adirondack Reflections, Box 236, Keene, N.Y., 12942
